About Us
Bolberry Farm cottages are a selection of two and three bedroom cottages, sleeping up to sixteen in total. Each cottage has a private enclosed garden and uninterrupted views overlooking the valley of Bolberry. There is extensive parking suitable for trailers and small boats. They are situated 0.5 miles from the clifftops of Bolberry Down and 1 mile from the picturesque thatched village of Hope Cove. There are a variety of walks straight from the cottages out into the countryside and to the beaches (http://www.southdevon-nl.org.uk).
Bolberry Farm Cottages were converted from barns in 2003 by the owners Sean and Hazel Hassall. The cottages have all been decorated and furnished in the same traditional cottage style. They are cleaned to a high standard on each changeover, personally supervised by Sean and Hazel who manage the cottages themselves.
The cottages welcome children so they are all child friendly qith enclosed grassed gardens, and a small orchard, which is also enclosed and safe for children to play. We do not charge extra for cots or high chairs, and all cottages have childrens DVD’s, games, freeview TV and WIFI. Each staircase has a gate fitted at the base and additional ones may be requested free of charge.
Open all year for short breaks and long stays. Pets are welcome free of charge.
Bolberry Farm Cottages were awarded Gold in the Devon Tourism Awards for Dog Friendly Business of the Year 2022/2023 and as a result, we were also entered into the South West Tourism Excellence Awards in the same category. We are delighted to have been awarded Gold especially as the region is so big encompassing The Isles of Scilly, Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Somerset, Bristol and Bath, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire. https://www.southwesttourismawards.org.uk/
