Further afield, another family run business, The Cottage Hotel at Hope Cove, near Kingsbridge, offers simple, well-prepared fish and seafood, including locally caught crab and lobster dishes. The food is excellent and the view of the beach and cove below is extraordinary, especially at sunset. The brother and sister duo also run the more casual Lobster Pod Bistro nearby, four bookable transparent pods that can accommodate up to 10 people per pod.
