Penn Cottage is a charming, well equipped former fisherman’s cottage in the heart of Salcombe, with two double bedrooms and direct access to Victoria Quay – less than a minute’s walk to Fore Street and Island Street.

Accommodation comprises a main double bedroom with en suite shower and balcony with splendid views of the estuary; second bedroom with a double bed ; family bathroom with shower; open plan kitchen/dining/living area with wood burning stove and French windows leading on to a balcony overlooking the courtyard garden.
