Pennymoor Camping & Caravan Park PL21 0SB – Celebrating 89 Years this year.
Being only 6 miles from Bigbury-on-Sea, Pennymoor is a very friendly, delightful, spacious 12.5 acre rural site which enjoys spectacular panoramic views over Dartmoor and the Devonshire countryside, with many happy customers returning on a regular basis. Well behaved dogs and their owners are welcome!
Don’t be fooled by its rural location; a plethora of beautiful sandy beaches are just a short drive away, including Bigbury on Sea and the famous Burgh Island, while a 30 minute drive will take you to Plymouth, Salcombe, Dartmouth, Torquay, Totnes, Kingsbridge and Ivybridge, providing a wide choice of shopping, not to mention stunning Dartmoor National Park just waiting for you and your family to explore.
The site offers well maintained facilities, including WiFi, children’s play area with safety surfaces, table tennis; shop/Cafe takeaway for daily groceries, newspapers and hot pasties etc, Gas; Super toilet and shower facilities, full disabled facilities, laundry room, covered dishwashing facilities, all with FREE hot water; chemical disposal points, motorhome service point, dog walking areas.
We cater for tents of all shapes and sizes, touring caravans and motorhomes. Some hardstandings are available. We have a superb selection of self catering static Holiday Caravans for hire to suit your requirements, all fully equipped, some with central heating and double glazing. Also proving popular is our luxury three bedroom Lodge, with washing machine/dryer, iron, dishwasher, superb kitchen and lounge diner and large gated decked area with patio furniture.
If you are considering purchasing your own holiday caravan, we have an empty plot available for a holiday caravan or a lodge of your choice. We also currently have a second hand caravan for sale which can be viewed by appointment without any obligation whatsoever. Pennymoor is open from 15th March to 15th January for Holiday Caravan owners and Static Caravan hire. We would be pleased to show you around. Please phone for details.

SELF-CATERING LUXURY LODGE
A fully-equipped self-catering holiday lodge
The Lodge has a spacious lounge/diner giving access to a fully fitted luxury kitchen, with feature breakfast bar and fitted appliances comprising, electric cooker with double oven and gas hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine, iron, dishwasher and microwave, an electric kettle, a toaster etc. Having three bedrooms comprising en-suite master bedroom with shower room, two twin bedrooms and separate family bathroom, having a bath with overhead shower and WC. There is a large gated decked area with patio furniture. You will need to bring your own towels and tea towels, pillows, duvets and all bed linen for each person staying.
There is parking for two cars.
Sorry but no pets are allowed in the Lodge.

Good morning,
Just wanted to write thanking you for the wonderful week I have spent at the Pennymoor Caravan site.
The week was my prize for winning a competition organized by Salcombe TIC and Pennymoor.
The caravan was superb and the owners could not have been more welcoming.
The site is beautifully kept and the views over the moor are stunning. The location is perfectly sited for visiting all South Devon has to offer. It was the 1st time my husband and I had visited that part of Devon but it will certainly not be the last.
I will be recommending the site and area to everyone I know!
