The Ferry Inn Salcombe is an iconic pub, with an unrivalled position right on the waterfront. Adjacent to the Jubilee pier, from where the EastPortlemouth and Kingsbridge ferries run.
The Ferry Inn is Salcombe’s most famous and oldest pub , dating from 1739. First called the “commercial inn” and it’s first ever recorded landlord, was in 1842, a lady called Ann Ingram.
The large waterside, beer garden has spectacular views across the Estuary to East Portlemouth and out towards the open sea.
There is ample seating, with all day dining and a great selection of drinks for a perfect location to watch the world go by.
